Throughout college Alli worked as a Promotional Manager for a start-up beverage company as a way to get acquainted with marketing. The small no-name company soon became a multi-million dollar player in the beverage world, fueling her newly found passion for experiential marketing. Determined to avoid the post college 9-5 world of cubicles and water coolers, she worked as a Market Manager on a multitude of marketing campaigns for a wide variety of brands. True to her words, Boston became her office. In 2007, Alli established LUX Model Management, a modeling/staffing agency. With over 8 years of program and staff management Alli took a step into the agency world and joined the Antler team as Account Manager. She now avoids working 9-5 by working around the clock.
